We sure do!
All of our meat is sorted, packed, minced and personally checked by us in our very own meat processing facility, to the very best hygiene standards in temperature controlled conditions that have been certified by the NSW Food Authority.

No! Its that easy, all of our fresh meat, bones and organs are sourced here in Australia.

Not to worry! As a requirement set by the NSW Food Authority, pet meat must have a blue dye added. This blue dye is not often seen and is a completely harmless vegetable dye that is 100% safe for consumption and will not effect your pet in anyway. The reason that we have to add the dye is simply to distinguish pet meat from human meat.

We use a combination of both human grade and pet meat to make our products, but all of our meat is sold as pet meat only.

The majority of our meat and bones are delivered frozen, to ensure the freshness of the product when it arrives to you. Our products are delivered state Wide in refrigerated vehicles.
Your order will be processed and packed in our refrigerated warehouse. Inside the box your products will be packed in an insulated bag and will include ice packs. It is then placed in a refrigerated vehicle for transport.
We do recommend unpacking your order and placing it in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible after it arrives.

We always recommend defrosting in the fridge to prevent bacteria growth.
If you wish to re-freeze, then defrost in the fridge just enough to separate into portions then its ok to pop the meat back into the freezer.

We do have restricted areas we can deliver our meat and bones to as they are sent via cold freight. Simply type your suburb into the pop up on the home screen, in the search at the bottom of the home screen, or you can check at the check out. As for orders not including meat and bones they are posted through Australia post.
We are currently only delivering within NSW and Queensland but will be expanding to more states in the near future.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive multiple updates. You will receive an email when your order has left us and is with the courier company. You will then receive a text message from the courier the night before your order is due to be delivered and then when your order has been delivered.
To see what days we deliver to your area and shipping costs please locate your postcode for NSW here and for QLD Here

It is not just the size of the bone that determines if a particular bone is suitable for your dog. You also need to factor in the dogs behaviour and chewing techniques. For example, large dogs can still have small bones if they are sensible and chew slowly and properly, but if they eat quickly or try to swallow food without chewing you are better off choosing a larger bone that requires the dog to chew.
